Life is sometimes too hard to do alone.
Please help us help others have a second chance. As we move forward in life, let’s lift others up and bring them with us.
Has there ever been a time in your life where you needed help and support to move forward? Have you ever been paralyzed with fear or loss of hope? We want to help others move forward by meeting their daily needs and giving them whatever support is necessary for them to have a fresh, new, healthy start at life. We want to help them be the positive and successful members of society that they desire to be.
The mission of Love In Action Foundation is to understand the needs of others and be a strong part of the solution. We are here to give back and pay forward whatever blessings we ourselves have received. We have a special place in our hearts for helping our veterans, wounded warriors, elderly, single parents and families of children with special needs or life threatening illnesses. We work closely with other non-profit foundations, homeless outreach, shelters, etc to meet initial and long term needs. Our future goal is to also provide affordable housing to those who need it.
Join us in putting the hope back in the lives of others!
The Vision of The Love In Action Foundation, is to put an end to homelessness in the United States starting right here in the State of Connecticut. We want to help more people avoid ever experiencing life or death on the streets. Based on the most current statistics, insufficient income and lack of affordable housing are the leading causes of homelessness. We believe that with the consistent help of our donors, volunteers, staff and partnerships with other non-profit foundations and homeless outreach programs, we can make this happen. We believe that once people have a secure home and address, it will give them confidence and be the catalyst of a new life well-lived. Our goal is to also provide appropriate support in all aspects of good health. Including, proper nutrition, emotional, mental and spiritual counseling, career education, support groups and ensuring that families have the appropriate food and clothing needs met through our hosting of food and clothing drives.
